Nursing Covers

Our church has decided to have Baby Sprinkles instead of showers.  Cute, huh? We are encouraged to make a gift or to buy something used from a thrift store. Everyone is tight on money right now so we can help each other out with handmade or second-hand gifts. I love it! So last night I got out the sewing machine and tried my hand at making a nursing cover. It is really an ingenious idea I saw in a magazine for ladies who are nursing modestly.  Basically, I made a square of flannel and put a neck strap on it. I will post a picture later. Easy as pie, but a nice gift. I think I will make a bunch of them and keep them on hand for the next Sprinkle.
